Job summary

Mountfitchet Group seeks a Head of Global Treasury to lead treasury across approximately 50 international subsidiaries, driving liquidity, cash flow forecasting, FX hedging and debt management in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will shape treasury policies, governance and banking relationships while delivering working capital improvements and sustainable growth for the group.

Qualifications

• Experienced treasury professional with a track record in complex multinationals.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and entities.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury activities across international entities and currencies.
• Own liquidity strategy and funding across all businesses.
• Deliver accurate short, medium and long-term cash flow forecasting.
• Optimise working capital and cash conversion across the organisation.
• Support Credit Control with timely payments and cash collection.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.
• Review major transactions to identify currency risks.
• Oversee monthly FX revaluations and intercompany accounting.
• Lead relationships with global banking partners and treasury providers.
• Rationalise and optimise banking structures across jurisdictions.
• Support lender relationships, debt servicing and funding requirements.
• Develop ESG reporting in line with audit and banking requirements.
• Develop treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks.
• Drive treasury transformation, process improvement and automation.
