Job summary

Tide is seeking a Lead, Treasury Policy & Procedures to design, maintain and govern the treasury policy framework and end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation across all products, entities and funding structures. You will partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure governance, regulatory alignment and scalable operating models that support product growth and innovation.

This role requires influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority in a fast‑paced fintech

Qualifications

• Significant Treasury experience within a fintech, digital bank or retail banking environment.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, safeguarding, liquidity management and Treasury operations.
• Experience developing Treasury policies, governance frameworks or operational procedures.
• Demonstrable experience producing and maintaining Flow of Funds documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Product Managers and senior business leaders without direct authority.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own Treasury policy framework, ensuring policies remain current, effective and aligned with strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Lead end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation for all products, journeys and entities.
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure Treasury requirements are embedded in product design.
• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt robust governance and documentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and consistency across products, countries and entities.
