We offer flexibility through hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between our offices and remote work from home or elsewhere in the UK. A minimum of 3 days per week is required to be office-based.
We are recruiting an ambitious Travel Sales Manager with a passion for travel and extensive travel experience to join our Shepherds Bush, London office.
Under the support and guidance of the Head of Programme, the Travel Sales Manager is responsible for delivering excellent sales and service results through a team of dedicated Country Specialists.
The role focuses on recruiting, training, managing, and motivating the team to maximize sales from incoming inquiries and to actively generate new leads when necessary.
Audley Travel operates a 7-day week experience for clients. Working hours are primarily between 9 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, with one evening per week and some weekends, with corresponding days off. Rota schedules are shared quarterly to assist personal planning.
You are proactive, results-driven, and experienced in managing successful sales teams. You have a proven track record of excellent sales and customer service, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high workload. You are a confident communicator, resilient under pressure, and possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
