Job summary

Mission 4 Recruitment is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor in Travel to join a client's team as a Concierge Consultant in North London. You will verify bookings, reconfirm hotel details, and provide quality check documentation while handling inquiries and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability to a 3-day, 22.5-hour week schedule, and the ability to meet targets with excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Flexible approach to work with availability for 22.5 hours per week over 3 days.
• Ability to stay calm, make quick decisions and maintain high customer care standards.

Responsibilities

• Booking Verification: cross-check and reconfirm hotel details for bookings traveling within 72 hours.
• Customer Communication: make professional outbound calls and deliver quality documentation.
• System Navigation: use systems to review, update, and manage customer bookings.
• Performance & Targets: work toward defined quantitative targets while upholding service standards.
• Problem Resolution: resolve minor issues quickly and escalate complex matters to management as needed.
• Team Support: assist colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
