Leading and supporting a team of passionate travel consultants

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the office

Delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring the same in others

Driving sales performance and maintaining strong supplier relationships

Maintaining a positive, solutions-focused culture

Overseeing training, professional development, and workflow clarity

Managing escalations with calm, confidence, and care

Ensuring compliance with agency processes and industry requirements

What we're looking for

A seasoned customer service professional with leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

An enthusiastic leader who thrives on building relationships across all levels, from clients to external partners, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Strong computer skills — Microsoft Office and general business systems.

Experience in travel consulting or travel management

Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to bring out the best in others, fostering trust and collaboration

Attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others

Ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in difficult situations

A love of travel and a solid understanding of products, systems, and suppliers
