You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative duties to Consultants, Associate Specialists and MDT staff, ensuring smooth patient pathways and high-quality care.

The role involves arranging clinics, handling correspondence, managing confidential records and acting as a professional point of contact for patients, relatives and healthcare

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons and senior staff within a busy MDT.
• Process diagnostic reports and clinical correspondence promptly to support patient care pathways.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations and follow-up requirements with patients and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidential administrative systems.
