Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support by answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries, ensuring clear and timely information for patients and colleagues.
• Book new and follow-up fracture clinic appointments and record clinic outcomes.
• Update demographic details in the Electronic Patient Record to ensure accuracy of patient information.
• Support 18-week pathways and assist in filing and scanning tasks.
