• Experience in supporting children and young people in residential care or similar setting.
• Strong safeguarding understanding and child protection practices.
• Ability to complete written reports and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality day-to-day residential support, promoting safety, wellbeing and dignity.
• Support development of independence and life skills per care plans.
• Deliver trauma-informed, relationship-based support through empathy and communication.
• Manage challenging behaviours with positive behaviour support techniques.
• Follow safeguarding policies and report incidents and concerns.
