Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking qualified SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English and Science tuition to young people with SEMH and SEND needs across the UK. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

We invite experienced teachers to join a trauma-informed, supportive environment. Possess QTS or QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and references. This self-employed role offers meaningful impact and community impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Qualifications: QTS / QTLS
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
• Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online jobs
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND and SEMH needs
