Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk learners with SEND and SEMH needs in your community. You will work with Schools and Local Authorities in the area on flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.

Role supports Maths, English and/or Science tuition; in person, hybrid or remote teaching options with flexible hours and a self‑employed status. Strong safeguarding and DBS checks required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching SEND/SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD in a holistic, trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and 2+ professional references preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online or hybrid.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring for KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
• Plan lessons, report progress, and provide regular feedback to pupils and authorities.
