Job summary

Targeted Provision is actively seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEND and SEMH needs. You will join a mission-driven team delivering Maths, English or Science tuition across in-person, hybrid, and remote formats.

We welcome applicants with 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and a safeguarding mindset. Flexible hours and ongoing CPD support are provided, with a focus on creating trauma-informed learning

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• QTS/QTLS required
• Enhanced DBS with references (we can facilitate)
• UK-based and eligible to work in the UK, safeguarding knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tutoring to pupils with SEND/SEMH needs
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring for KS1–KS5
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback
• Contribute to improving education outcomes for children with SEND and SEMH needs
