Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to work with disengaged, at-risk and vulnerable learners across the UK. Roles involve in-person, hybrid and remote teaching of Maths, English or Science with a trauma-informed, child-centered approach to support SEMH and additional needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK (remote/online allowed).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan lessons, deliver tutoring and mentoring, and report on student progress.
• Support safeguarding and create a safe learning environment.
• Engage with local authorities and schools as referrals arise.
