Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or equivalent.
• Experience with SEMH, ASD, or other SEND required.
• Strong understanding of nurture principles and trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons within a nurture group setting.
• Support pupils in developing emotional regulation, social skills and self-confidence.
• Collaborate with pastoral teams, families and external agencies for holistic support.
