Job summary

This nurturing school supports children with SEMH, Autism, and other SEND, providing a structured and therapeutic approach focused on emotional resilience, readiness for learning, and close collaboration with families and external agencies to ensure holistic support.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• Experience working with SEMH, ASD, or SEND.
• Understanding nurture principles and trauma-informed practice.
• Two education or school-based references.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons within a nurture group setting.
• Support pupils in developing emotional regulation, social skills, and self-confidence.
• Collaborate with pastoral teams, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
