Qualifications

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching students with SEMH needs, ideally in a nurture group or AP setting.
• Strong knowledge of behaviour management and trauma-informed approaches.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for nurture group students.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment supporting emotional and academic development.
