Job summary

Qualifications

• QTS or significant specialist experience within UK schools.
• Experience with SEMH/ASC or complex behavioural needs in AP/PRU.
• DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an adapted primary national curriculum focusing on core subjects alongside emotional regulation and social skills.
• Manage a small nurture group using trauma-informed practices and restorative behaviour strategies.
• Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and multi-agency professionals to monitor holistic student progress.
• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive environment that re-engages vulnerable learners with education.
