Job summary

The Connection at St Martin’s invites applications for a 6-month fixed-term role delivering 24-hour supported housing services in Wandsworth. You will directly support residents, manage a caseload as a keyworker, and help create a therapeutic environment that enables access to services and sustainable housing options.

• Provide direct support to all service users and manage a caseload of residents as the named keyworker.
• Deliver a therapeutic environment so clients receive intensive, bespoke and trauma-informed support.
• Build a network of professionals around service users to support stabilisation, access to services and longer-term housing plans.
