You will be located at a brand new 24-hour supported housing service in Wandsworth for 15 people experiencing homelessness and severe and multiple disadvantage as part of a six month pilot.
In this role, you will provide direct support to all service users, leading on the day to day running of service, responding to residents needs and ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents and visitors. You will support service users in day to day tasks such as contacting other services and attending appointments, and will co-design and run activities such as art groups, self care sessions, nature walks and cooking activities. You will work closely with specialist support workers and management. You will model person-led and psychologically informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
The post holder will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm.
