Job summary

LinkLiving Limited invites compassionate individuals to join the HoME service, delivering practical and emotional support to tenants in need of specialist tenancy assistance. You will help tenants sustain their homes while coordinating with Housing Officers and the Mental Health & Wellbeing Services team.

You will build trusting relationships, work flexibly in a trauma‑informed, person‑centred approach and act in a multiagency context.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients with complex needs.
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal and digital.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to tenants.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and work with Housing Officers.
• Deliver individually tailored one-to-one support focused on safety and tenancy wellbeing.
