The Connection at St Martin’s is expanding a new 24-hour supported housing service in Wandsworth for 15 people experiencing homelessness, as part of a six-month pilot. The post holder will provide direct support, manage a caseload, and collaborate with a network of professionals to secure longer-term housing and health outcomes.

The role involves 8-hour shifts across a seven-day rolling rota. We offer a range of benefits and are committed to flexible working and London Living Wage principles.

Qualifications

• Directly support service users in a 24-hour housing project.
• Trauma-informed approaches to engagement and planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to all residents and manage a caseload.
• Keywork residents to develop access to services and longer-term plans.
• Build a network of professionals around service users to support stabilisation and housing access.
• Deliver a therapeutic environment where residents feel safe and supported.
