Job summary

The Connection at St Martin’s in London is seeking a day support worker to join a new 24-hour supported housing service in Wandsworth for 15 residents facing homelessness and multiple disadvantages. The role includes delivering intensive, trauma-informed support and participating in activities to promote wellbeing.

• Lead day-to-day running of the service and ensure safety.
• Co-design and run activities such as art groups, self-care, nature walks and cooking.
