The Bridge Project is recruiting a Case Worker to joinBradford RESET, delivering trauma‑informed, therapeutic support to individuals aged 16 and over who are harming or have harmed within family or intimate relationships.

The role involves engaging with clients, delivering individual and group programmes, and working within an inclusive, collaborative team. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred and supported by travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic, team‑oriented candidate committed to collaboration and inclusivity.
• Willingness to travel; driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with people aged 16+ who are harming or have harmed in family and/or intimate relationships.
• Deliver individual and group therapeutic programmes addressing behaviour change and wellbeing.
• Work within a trauma‑informed model addressing root causes of domestic abuse and promoting wellbeing.
