The Bridge Project is recruiting a dedicated Case Worker for Bradford RESET, a trauma‑informed service addressing domestic abuse and related needs. You will engage with individuals aged 16+ who harm or have harmed in family or intimate relationships, delivering individual and group work within a collaborative team.

This full‑time, permanent role involves travel between sites, with travel expenses paid and a full driving licence beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with individuals 16+ in sensitive contexts.
• Ability to work within a trauma-informed model.
• Full driving licence may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals aged 16+ who harm or have harmed in family or intimate relationships.
• Deliver individual and group therapeutic work.
• Collaborate with a wider team to address root causes of domestic abuse.
• Travel between sites; travel expenses paid.
