Job summary

The Bridge Project is launching a new housing support service across the Bradford District in collaboration with Waythrough. We are seeking a Housing Support Coordinator to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred housing support and advocacy to individuals facing complex challenges, helping them sustain tenancies and access services.

You will work with partner agencies, manage a diverse caseload, and tailor support plans to achieve positive outcomes, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting individuals with housing-related needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage a diverse caseload across multiple agencies.
• Experience of working with people facing social, financial, health or other complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred trauma-informed housing-related support.
• Provide practical assistance, advocacy and tailored support to maintain accommodation.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to access relevant services and opportunities.
• Ensure support plans are tailored, outcome-focused and responsive to individual needs.
