Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking a Community Resource Worker to support Social Workers with families where domestic abuse is a concern and a baby is involved. This full-time role emphasizes trauma-informed practice and delivering targeted support to help parents build safer futures.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 Diploma working with children and young people or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and young people is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct work with parents to understand their needs and the domestic abuse context.
• Attend formulation meetings to hypothesise intervention needs.
• Coordinate and ensure delivery of individualised support packages for parents.
• Review the impact of interventions coordinated for and delivered to parents.
