Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide advice by telephone and face to face to assist victims/survivors in understanding services and options.
• Provide group work for residents, former residents and women living in the community to offer ongoing advice and support.
• Ensure high standards of information, advice and temporary accommodation for women and children who have suffered abuse.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the refuge including building maintenance and health and safety requirements.
