Dibden Park School in Southampton is seeking a Bespoke Teacher to deliver trauma-informed, highly personalised teaching for pupils who struggle in traditional classrooms. You will create individualised learning programmes, build strong relationships, and support pupils to make meaningful progress while safeguarding and promoting welfare.

This role focuses on inclusion, emotional regulation, and life skills to help learners gain confidence, independence, and resilience, often alongside families

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bespoke education plans.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
• Strong safeguarding understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke education plans reflecting learners' needs and aspirations.
• Plan and teach engaging lessons across curriculum areas, adapting confidently as needs change.
• Support inclusion and wellbeing, helping learners build confidence and belonging.
• Monitor progress and update learning targets to ensure forward movement.
• Work with families and professionals to integrate education with care and support.
• Promote calm, safe learning environments using positive behaviour approaches.
