Job summary

Babcock is recruiting for a Transversal Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in Bristol or Wiltshire. You will contribute to mission-critical projects across disciplines and rotate through placements in Human Factors, Integrated Product Support, Product Security, Safety and Systems to build broad expertise.

From day one you receive structured support and mentoring, with a clear path toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status and a permanent role on successful completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM (minimum 2:2) required.
• Security clearance: BPSS and UK Security Check as applicable.
• Nationality: sole UK national eligibility details apply.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mission-critical engineering projects and programmes across disciplines.
• Rotate through placements across Human Factors, Integrated Product Support, Product Security, Safety and Systems.
• Support live projects and learn across architecture, requirements, design and integration in a cross-project context.
