Job summary

Babcock’s Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in Bristol offers a two-year rotation through placements every three to six months, exposing you to submarines, military vehicles, ships, and nuclear infrastructure. Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve a STEM degree (engineering, computer science, IT, math, physics, chemistry, or related fields).
• Security clearance eligibility: BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements every 3–6 months across projects to broaden experience.
• Support work across the engineering lifecycle from concept to in‑service support and decommissioning.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, manage interfaces, and mitigate risks.
