Job summary

Babcock invites applicants to join the Systems Engineering Graduate Programme across the UK. You will rotate through placements every 3–6 months, applying systems principles to ensure safe, effective and sustainable solutions.

You will gain experience across lifecycle stages and work with multidisciplinary teams, developing skills to engage stakeholders and mitigate risks. A clear path toward Chartered/ Incorporated Engineer status is provided.

Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve a BEng, MEng, BSc, or MSc in a STEM discipline.
• Security Clearance and Trade Control restrictions may affect eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Rotational placements every 3 to 6 months across UK locations to gain breadth.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and integrate solutions.
• Develop systems engineering foundations and progress toward professional registration.
