Job summary

Babcock is offering the Transversal Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in the UK. In Bristol or Hawthorn, Sept 2027 start, with rotations through Human Factors, Integrated Product Support, Product Security, Safety and Systems. You’ll gain cross-disciplinary experience across live projects, with on-site work and agile working.

The programme leads to permanent roles and professional registration support. Minimum starting salary £35,000, with progression and benefits including pension, holidays

Qualifications

• Degree (2:2 or higher) in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
• Willingness to undergo BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• UK national status may be required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through engineering disciplines in early years of the programme.
• Work on live projects across multiple sites with cross-functional teams.
• Develop systems-thinking mindset and gain breadth across the engineering lifecycle.
