Job summary

Babcock International Group is recruiting for the Transversal Systems Engineering Graduate Programme. You’ll contribute to mission-critical projects and work across cross-cutting disciplines to learn how requirements, architectures and through-life support come together to deliver safe, effective systems.

Starting September 2027, you’ll rotate across placements in Bristol or Hawthorn, receive structured mentorship, and work toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with a 2:2 or higher.
• Eligibility for BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• This programme is UK national-only per security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements across engineering disciplines to build cross-functional knowledge.
• Support live projects and emerging technologies while developing systems-thinking skills.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, customers and project teams to deliver engineering solutions.
