Qualifications

• Degree in STEM (2:2) required.
• Candidates may need BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Sole UK national eligibility may apply to some programmes.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements across engineering disciplines (e.g., Human Factors, Integrated Product Support, Product Security, Safety and Systems).
• Lead small workstreams and support project delivery as you progress.
• Receive structured support, tailored training and dedicated mentorship throughout the programme.
