Job summary

Babcock is offering a Transversal Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in the UK. You will rotate through disciplines like Human Factors, Integrated Product Support and Product Security, gaining broad exposure to systems engineering lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

The programme provides mentorship, masterclasses, and support toward Chartered Engineer status, with a clear path to a permanent role in the Engineering function.

Qualifications

• Two: Two degree minimum in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Security clearance eligibility including BPSS and SC clearance, per GOV.UK requirements.
• UK national status may apply to this programme.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mission-critical engineering projects across transversal disciplines.
• Rotate through placements in Human Factors, Integrated Product Support, Product Security, Safety and Systems.
• Support live projects and emerging technologies to develop a systems-thinking mindset.
• Move into a permanent role within the Engineering function after completion of the programme.
