Pay Rate: £35,875.00 - £36,875.00 + 10% Shift allowance. Grade: M Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am Location: Dunelm Stoke On Trent ST4 4FA

Responsibilities

• Take the Lead: Oversee our Night transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
• Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
• Working closely with the customer face to face.

Qualifications

• Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
• Hold an International CPC Qualification - desirable but not essential.
• Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
• Ideally have worked nights before
