Pay Rate: £34,000 up to £38,321.95 - Depending on experience
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - 10:00am until 18:00pm
Location: Reading, RG2 0BS

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
  • Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
  • Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
  • Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
  • Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Have proven management or leadership experience (essential)
  • Have over 1 year experience of working within transportation operations (essential)
  • Have strong operational knowledge of logistics, Transport and Warehousing
  • Must hold a full UK driving license
  • Think strategically and have a passion for problem-solving
  • Are natural leaders with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage their team
