Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Transport Shift Controller to support driver dispatch and general administration duties. The role involves coordinating and dispatching drivers, handling calls, and liaising with internal teams and customers to resolve queries.

• Perform general operational and administrative tasks to support the shift.
• Provide debrief support for drivers, reviewing completed routes and issues.
