Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Service Administrator for our new Transport Workshop in Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling calls and emails, and coordinating service and repair bookings with drivers and garages.

Ideal candidates will be confident on the phone, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to multitask while supporting other departments. Full-time hours apply with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls related to services and repairs.
• Deal with emails and update systems to keep information accurate.
• Arrange bookings for services, repairs, MOTs, and recalls; liaise with drivers.
• Liaise with garages to confirm bookings and address queries.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Order parts and manage related admin tasks.
