Job summary

Griffith Foods UK is seeking an organised Transport Coordinator to manage bookings with logistics providers for UK & Ireland deliveries from the Derbyshire and Somercotes sites. You will ensure on-time, cost-efficient transport and accurate data in Transporeon and Freight Cube, coordinating with customer service and other departments.

Requirements include GCSE, fluent English, strong Excel skills, and prior logistics experience; ERP exposure (D365 or SAP) is a plus, with knowledge of Transporeon

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent education is required.
• Some logistics experience is required.
• Fluent English is essential; strong Excel skills.
• Other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Book collections for UK & Ireland with logistics providers via Transporeon.
• Manage day-to-day issues to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with customer service on transport issues.
• Carry out service reviews with logistics partners.
• Understand delivery requirements and ensure compliant deliveries.
• Review and approve transport-related invoicing and resolve issues.
