Job summary

Griffith Foods is seeking a UK Logistics Coordinator to book collections for UK & Ireland via Transporeon, manage day-to-day issues, and ensure on-time deliveries with proactive communication to customer service.

You will conduct service reviews with logistics partners, ensure accurate input in Transporeon and Freight Cube, and support Health & Safety standards across the organisation. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education minimum GCSE or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience Some logistics experience
• Fluent English, excellent Excel skills and a practical, detail-focused approach required.
• Other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Booking collections for UK & Ireland with logistics providers via our transport management platform Transporeon.
• Manage any day to day issues as they arise, and follow up to ensure deliveries are made on time, providing data if required.
• Proactive communication with customer service in case any transport-related issues occur.
• Carry out service reviews with logistics partners.
• Proactively understand all customer delivery requirements/restrictions, and make sure deliveries are made accordingly.
• Review and approve transport related invoicing, highlighting and resolving issues that arise.
• Provide logistics assistance to all departments as and when required.
• Proactively and visibility support the Health & Safety standards, rules and regulations of the Organization.
• Ensure all input data and details are 100% correct in Transporeon / Freight Cube and communicate with the relevant contacts to adjust, correct this data on time.
• Perform any other associated duties that may arise.

Compensation

Our base salary for this role is £36,644 GBP gross per year.
