Job summary

Sunblink Ltd-GRN in Keady is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator. You will manage key customer accounts, coordinate UK and EU import/export transport operations, and plan domestic haulage with close collaboration with drivers and the transport team.

This hands-on role focuses on keeping shipments moving, coordinating bookings and portals, and delivering excellent service in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport coordination or planning within road freight, logistics or haulage.
• Strong customer service and key account management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation to handle multiple loads and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate UK and EU import/export transport operations, including international collections and deliveries.
• Plan and organise domestic haulage movements and delivery scheduling.
• Manage transport bookings, customer apps and portals; use TMS effectively.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers and drivers on shipment updates and requirements.
• Coordinate daily driver activities and provide operational support.
