Job summary

XPO Logistics is hiring a Transport Supervisor for our Mold site in North Wales. The role runs Monday to Friday on site, focusing on daily transport operations, driver liaison, and compliance with company procedures.

Good understanding of fast-paced transport teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Represent the Transport Operation in daily Ops calls and act as liaison for transport queries.
Ensure VOR/Defect management and update defect logs in the system.
Handle general admin, filing, queries and payroll-related tasks.
Respond to emails and team messages promptly to keep operations on track.
Monitor EPOD compliance and ensure drivers follow processes.
Prepare KPI Safety Tools weekly and manage Timesheet data for payroll.
Oversee driver compliance, including DCPC hours and infringements.
Update training matrix and plan driver training communications.
Complete incident investigations per XPO process and plan resource needs.
