GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Transport Operations Manager for the BT site in Haydock to lead distribution and trunking operations, ensuring SLAs and service levels are met while controlling budgets. You will partner with customers and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading within transportation or logistics.
• International CPC holder is required.
• Strong customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of transportation operations, safety regs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distribution and national trunking operations, meeting customer SLAs and budgets.
• Drive growth, efficiencies, and continuous improvement with full P&L responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with customers, BT Fleet, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze performance, develop improvement plans and present data-driven updates to senior stakeholders.
• Develop high-performing teams and champion Health & Safety and GXO’s supply chain strategy.
