Job summary

Culina is seeking a Transport Administrator to join the Telford site on a full-time, permanent basis. The role supports the Transport department with administrative duties, tachograph compliance, driver records, and SAP invoicing to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and meticulous record-keeping are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain transport administration systems and regulatory compliance with WTD and tachograph rules.
• Create daily tachograph reports for the Transport department.
• Maintain driver records, process invoices in SAP, and track agency terms and conditions.
• Manage holidays, sickness, and attendance in the timekeeping system; process sick notes.
• Receive and monitor fuel deliveries, maintain the fuel monitoring system.
