Job summary

CML (Part of the Culina Group) in Telford is recruiting a Transport Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis to support the Transport department with efficient administrative processes and day-to-day operations.

Salary £25,445.42 - £26,445.42 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. You will manage WTD/tachograph compliance, drive reports, agency driver records, SAP invoices, attendance, holidays and fuel monitoring.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar transport admin role preferred but not essential.
• Experience in an FMCG environment desirable.
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work using own initiative and with little supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Check and effectively maintain systems for WTD and tachograph rules and regulations.
• Create daily reports to the Transport department regarding tachograph information.
• Maintain records for agency drivers; process invoices using SAP; keep accurate records of agencies’ terms and conditions.
• Input and monitor drivers’ holidays and sickness absence; maintain the timekeeping and attendance system; process sick notes.
• Receive and monitor fuel deliveries; maintain the fuel monitoring system.
• Maintenance of driver notice boards.
• Keep subsistence payment spreadsheet up to date and resolve wage queries.
• Provide various reports and spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
• Any other formal and legal duties.
