Job summary

Cencora in Birmingham is seeking a Transport Administrator to support the Transport operations. You will plan schedules, monitor driver times, liaise with customers, and ensure safety and compliance across the fleet. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. 40 hours per week, shifts 0600–1400, salary £29,785.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Transport procedures and driver wage calculation.
• Location of Service Centre network and route planning knowledge would be advantageous.
• Health & Safety requirements awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan delivery schedules incorporating Service Centre and 3rd party requirements.
• Communicate delays to customers and investigate missing parcels.
• Monitor and verify tachograph data and timesheets.
• Debrief drivers and ensure all paperwork and PODs are completed.
• Manage agency personnel records, timesheets and gate passes.
• Maintain Fleet KPI with fuel, mileage and costs.
