A reputable logistics provider in the UK is seeking Transport Desk Clerks for day and night shifts in Churchover. This temporary role offers the opportunity for a permanent position. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining transport documentation, and liaising with teams. Transport Desk Clerks - Day & Night Shifts

We are currently recruiting 2 x Transport Administrators to join the transport team at DHL in Rugby, working within a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a temporary role (approximately 6 months) with the potential to become temp to perm for the right candidates.

Available Shifts
  • 🔹 Night Shift (1 role) 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off 18:00 - 06:00 Pay rate: £14.99 per hour
  • 🔹 Day Shift (1 role) 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off 06:00 - 18:00 Pay rate: £14.13 per hour
Working Hours

Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid break. Average weekly hours: 40.25. Overtime available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support within the transport office
  • Maintaining and updating transport systems and documentation
  • Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and management
  • Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track and report activity
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Requirements
  • Reasonable computer skills are essential
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Previous transport office/transport administration experience is preferable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and able to commit to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
