Driverz Work at Turners Head Office in Newmarket is seeking a proactive Transport & Customer Service Operator to coordinate collections and deliveries and provide excellent service to customers.

You will monitor progress using tracking systems, enter shipment data accurately, communicate with drivers and depots, and support colleagues to keep operations smooth. This office-based role offers development opportunities and benefits such as a company pension scheme and onsite amenities.

Formación

• Experience in logistics or customer service is beneficial.

We are looking for people who will play a vital part in supporting our operations by coordinating collections, deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage collections and deliveries using vehicle tracking and traffic management systems
