Driverz Work at Turners Head Office in Newmarket is seeking a proactive Transport & Customer Service Operator to coordinate collections and deliveries and provide excellent service to customers.

You will monitor progress using tracking systems, enter shipment data accurately, communicate with drivers and depots, and support colleagues to keep operations smooth. This office-based role offers development opportunities and benefits such as a company pension scheme and onsite amenities.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage collections and deliveries using vehicle tracking and traffic management systems.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry related to shipments.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, and customers to provide clear updates and resolve queries promptly.
• Ensure client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
