Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a back-office finance analyst to support the Transport Performance team. You will ensure timely payment of operators under service contracts and analyse financial and performance data to confirm value for money.

You will monitor contract compliance, apply financial penalties where needed, review contract conditions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bus/Transport operator contract payments.
• Knowledge of analysing financial and performance data for payments.
• Ability to monitor contract compliance and apply penalties when required.

Responsabilités

• Process operator payments under service contracts accurately and timely.
• Monitor operators’ compliance with contractual requirements and address issues.
• Apply financial penalties where applicable and ensure penalties are correctly recorded.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to improve financial processes.
